What does it mean when the caps of the mushrooms become black before picking them?

They're either covered with spores or maybe bacterial blotch. Spores look sorta dusty, blotch looks like the shroom is rotting.

What would happen if i they were bacterial blotchs? Are they still safe to consume?

If the cap hasn't opened then they are aborts...if the caps are opened then its probably what puscle said...
