Why would PES hawians have some black in the cap? DOes this mean anything? Are they harmful? Thanks.

theyre prolly abhorts. that means theyre dead os something similiar to that. did they stop growing for a while before they terned black? i am not sure if aborts are still good.

Are you saying they were spores that fell onto one cap from another larger cap? I had a couple caps start to turn black a few hours after the veil broke I thought it was starting to rot already. Will a shroom continue to grow after the veil breaks?

It's at the end of it's life cycle. The cap will flatten out, all the spores will drop then the shroom will die.

It's sad really.

Thats important for the cap to stay flat to drop the spores isnt it? I had one cap suspended in a jar and the cap kinda shriveled up inwards and 3 days later still no spores to be seen...

No, actually they came from the same cap the spores landed on.
The cakes produce heat, the heat warms the air, warm air rises and produces currents. These warm currents transport the (tiny) spores upside, and some land on the cap.
