is it possible to take the cap off a fresh mushroom place it in a sterile jar with water an a lil h202 shake vigerously and suck up solution into a syringe which all the cap is broken up an pretty well disolved, and be used sucesfully to inocualte pf style jars? (done in a glove box)
-------------------- if you can do it today put it off till tommorow cause odds are it isnt really that important and probably doesnt even need to be done at all.

haha what do you mean no caps were ready to make prints???? I believe that it will work but you should get a cap that is very developed and has open gills showing that it is ready to make a print if your caps weren't ready to make prints then I don't think you could use them for the method you were going to use them for but I could be wrong if it does succeed I think your yield will be greatly effected and might not be nearly as good compared to had you used a spore print and as for the h202 it was a joke hehe cuz you mean H20 make sure you used distilled water that is free of impurities if your even going to attempt this best of luck
