I hate to keep hitting the nail on the head, but here's the deal:

When it asks me to resize the picture to 120x120, I highlight the portion of my avatar that I want to use - then I press continue - as the directions indicate.

Then - NOTHING happens. Nothing. I can set up an avatar - er, used to be able to - does anyone else have trouble with that shit. !!!
