I did it because it's been an immense resource and I believe in the power of knowledge over superstition. That the right to know should be embraced, and what people choose to do with that knowledge only they are accountable for. I did it because it was the right thing to do.


I don't regret it because my name now looks infinitely more cool with the blue to red fade... is this wrong :wink:  ??????

I thought it was viewing full-size pictures; meaning: you have the option to view gallery-hosted pcitures at full-size, but you can't display them that way for non-supporters and supporters who have the option disabled.

Perhaps you're right.  :shrug:

I thought it meant that when you post photos from your gallery that they would appear full-sized to anyone who doesn't have images disabled in the first place.

Either way, it's fun, and I enjoy throwing down some money for the cause.  This is a great community, the good with the bad, and I would hate to see it have funding problems.  It doesn't cost much to be a supporter at all.

I've read several threads that talk about security. I think its a relevant history. Who's account does this go to - is it labeled Shroomery on the credit card statement?

Nah I didn't mean to be a jerk, I just meant for five bucks you're better off just seeing for yourself instead of me typing out a list.

But yeah you can turn off the banners, get a Aroundtheson@shroomery.org email account, play with the fancy colors, have a bigger avatar... more stuff I forget

How do I resize my avatar?

In the past, if the image I selected was too big, it picked the appropriate size and displayed it. Now, it asks me to highlight the portion of the picture I want as my avatar. When I resize it, and press continue, nothing happens. Literally.
