Back in Town... Landscape's Changed... Oldtimers???
    #6869571 -

I am posting to this forum specifically, because as I glanced around, Shroomism is the only name I recognize.

I used to frequent this site quite heavily many years ago (I shudder to think it is approaching a decade), and the names, look, etc, were quite different then. So, my name then was another_dimension, which coincidentally is 17 characters long, so I was forced to the current name to fit the limit. I also noticed from searching the forum that the database from way back when seems to have lost user info, so all of my posts/responses that exist are under Anonymous, just like everyone else from that time it seems. (We're talking 1999.)

My post here is just to try and get reacquainted (Shroomism, remember me?) and see if any old timers are still around, maybe under new names or similar names, such as myself. Make some new friends, share some new stories, and STOP the spread of misinformation. That used to the Shroomery's slogan; I hope it is still true today.

Edit: Ythan, is the same founder I assume. I never really talked to him personally. Found out (from bio info here) that he is actually a couple years younger than me.... and I always thought he must be a couple years older.

It has been a long path. New family, new job, new state, new education. Same cat.
