I'm not feeding the beast anymore, last night was the straw that broke the camel's back, so to speak. Fuck that shit, because there are actually a couple girls that I know are interested in me that I had been blowing off because I wanted to know how things would pan out with Ms. Attention Whore. Since I'm not willing to put my romantic life on hold indefinitely waiting for her, it's time to go out and get together with someone new.

I've learned that being in the friend zone for a while before becoming intimate isn't always a bad idea.

Of course after a lot of soul searching, I've admitted to myself that a short term fling might be good for me sometimes.
