That's awesome you had quite the psychedelic experience ( :heart: LSD), but ahhhh what a bummer not being able to urinate.  Fortunately I've never had that problem while tripping though I have heard others mention it.  If you had a great experience while tripping, then I would think your mind was definitely well prepared.  It's kind of hard to prepare the body for 7+  hours of not peeing, though...

I've read that holding your urine in for an extended period of time (not sure how long)can cause a sort of back pressure which basically sends the urine your bladder can't hold up through the ureters and into the kidneys.  This is not so good.  A girl on my soccer team in high school held her pee in so long during a weekend tournament, something swelled shut and she couldn't pee at all.  To drain her bladder, she had to have a urinary catheter inserted, which allows for a continous flow of urine.  I'm not meaning to scare you  :smirk:

Another idea is that you might have urethritis or a urinary tract infection (UTI), which is simply a bacterial infection.  Drinking pure unsweetened cranberry juice for a few days is supposed to be a good cleanser of the bladder and nether regions.

You may very well want to see a doctor because an infection down there can cause some damage to your kidney friends.  You WILL be treated with antibiotics if you go to the doctor.

And...
Did you do any nasty chicks while tripping, or even beforehand?  You could've contracted something. :tongue:

That being said, can you give specifics about where you feel pain, if there is any burning involved with peeing (before, during, after),  or any other symptoms?

Even though cranberry is used to PREVENT and infection, you should mosdef go buy a bottle of unsweetened cranberry juice, might be up to $10.  If you can't handle the strong tartness, try shooting it from a shot glass.  At least do this to see if it helps anything within the next day.  If not scoot your boot to the doctor.

why the hell didnt you pee? didnt you feel like drinking more water than usual? why did you feel pain there? maybe the acid was dirty?
are you pretty toxic? whats your diet like?
cranberry is good for the urinary tract.

I know a lot about all kinds of stuff.  I had a UTI once, so I read up on it.  Knowledge is gut, ja?

I was too busy acting out my messianic fantasies and freestyle rapping about the apocalypse to notice that the intense pain in my loins was something so mean and insignificant as a bodily function.  :rolleyes: :tongue:
