Cubs Rookie Rich Hill is Projected Major League Strikeout Leader

Its true!

I was reading the new Bill James Baseball Handbook at Amazon today, and he has Rich Hill gunning down people like crazy. 12K's a game, or something like that.

I dont believe it for a minute, but Bill James generally seems to know what he's talking about.

I went to a Cubs game that he started last year and he walked 6 or 7 batters in less than 5 innings....haha...that was before he got sent down to the minors though.

Yeah, he was bad for awhile. But he had an AWESOME september. I'm still not drinking the kool-aid.

Hmmmmmmm 26 year old 6'5" Lefty with control issues and less than 1K per inning. I wouldn't be wetting myself over the possibility that he'll be Randy
