Just have to look at the Hawks and Bears game like this...Was it a better win for the Bears or a worse loss for the Hawks? I'd go with the better win for the Bears. Da Bears played really well and the Hawks didnt play close to as well as they can. Grossman kept throwing over the middle, i swear thats where here passed 80 percent of the time >.< .
Hawks ran it less then i thought they would and probly less than they should have..Mo morris was doing ok but i think they only had about 10 running attempts(and im not sure why)..Anyway i hope they meet up in the playoffs and the score gets switcharoo'd around .
Go Hawks!

thats the only place on the field he can even complete a pass. That O-line is making grossman look way better than he actually is. Every time he gets even a little pressure he freaks out. Never has an offensive player been more afraid of being hit since Torry Holt.
All that being said the Bears are looking like the best in the NFC. Tough for me to admit, I hate the fucking Bears and I hope they implode.

Hopefully w/ a similar result...
Maybe I'll have to dig out my 86 super bowl video for good karma.

Bears D is not as good with one of there main guns out, I didn't see the overwhelming defensive presence as I saw in the regular season, I be utterly shocked to see Rex pull it out, sense more of the load is on his shoulders now

Yeah, the D is suspect.
I'm not even sure we'll win.
But hey, it could happen.

idk, the defense was able to step up huge when it mattered.. perhaps the bye week made them a little rusty.. they dropped 3-4 CLEAR interceptions , 2 of which would have been returned for 6... Hester dropped 2-3 punts.. they just looked a little rusty.. i think they will be much better next week
im still picking the saints though.

Hester has done that all season.
Thats why he makes alot of us Bears fans so nervous. He's usually good once the ball is in his hands, but he cant get a handle on it. I'd say he drops 30-40% of the balls he fields. That is NO good. Especially on punts where the kicking team has a chance to make it down the field.
We did drop some INTs, and Peanut Tillman's would have been a TD for sure.
But did you see Alexander rushing up the middle? He was getting 10-12 years every single time. And thats with him not even at 100%. If we cant stop him, how are we going to stop Deuce? Bush might be easier, because he wants to hit the edges, and the Bears D is exceptionally fast. I've seen Urlacher run down Vick from behind in the open field, and I cant believe Bush is much faster than Vick.
I'm picking the Saints at this time too. I just dont see how we can stop all those offensive weapons. But I may change my mind...

man... its all cause tommie harris is out ... hes the best DT in the league. draws a double team just by being on the field.. without him. the saints will definately be able to run on our d... without good pressure from the middle d line. then our ends can be double teamed and basically knocked out of the game. then that puts more pressure on a young group of safetys..(what with mike brown out)
yes.. the bears defense is nothing of what it was at the beggining of the season. and what it could be... but still, i think theyre just good enough ... at least im hoping

i LOVE the bears secondary, Quintin Jammer and Tillman are great lockdown corners that are extremely underrated.
not to mention the linebacking corps.. one of the best in the NFL.. top 3 id say.. Urlacher, Biggs, and Hellenmeyer.
for some reason i like biggs just as much as urlacher.

Quentin Jammer plays for San Diego.
Yeah, the Bears are a force to be reckoned with. But the Saints are going to get theirs and we'll see whether the Bears can keep up with Wrecks Grossman at the helm. We need to get them behind early and force him to throw then bring pressure. The Saints must also win the turnover battle. Turnovers are key.
Btw Senator and Presidential candidate, Barack O'Bama was quoted today as saying (this is from memory..can't find an exact quote, "The Saints are a great story. But their fairy tale season will come to an end in Chicago." I hope that quote goes up in the Saint's locker room! The Saints are not Cinderella, Mr. O'Bama. They are not where they are by luck. They are a great football team as Mr. O'Bama and Chicago will learn come Sunday.
