Those are a species of Coprinus mushrooms otherwise known as inky caps. the are common and not psychoactive. hay is their primary habitat. They come up in the morning and are gone by noon.
A related edible species is Coprnus Comatos known also as the shaggy mane. Then there is Coprinus atramentarius. An inky cap shroom that is edible but if you drink a beer or alcohl with that mushroom you get real nauseated and vomit. In fact if you take a drink as much as 7 days later you woud still get real sick. IT contains disulferam like compounds related to antibuse.
The Panaeolus subbalteatus season is mostly over for now and will return in the final fall rains before the freeze.
