No preservatives

I live in Mexico. Have cultivated before, but can´t get my hands on any organic Brown Rice Flour, and am not skilled enough to do this pasteurizing stuff with horse poop. What else can I gro on (using the PF tek), and what else can I use as a replacement for vermiculite? :smile:

you can use whole grain, no need for verm and it colonizes a hell of a lot faster
do you have a pressure cooker? cause you'll need one lol.

What type of whole grain? (Im assuming they wouldn't have any preservatives or whatever)

sorry to bug you again
Can anyone enlighten me as to a replacement for vermiculite (ie sterile, non organic), assuming I'm using the PF tek method.
I've figured out my replacement for BRF.
