I have drank a lot in my life but i never drank to the point of puking blood, i usually pass out before I get that super drunk anyway, still to this day.

it was anytime I was puking, I'd spit blood, and the time I actually spewed blood I was drunk but not super wasted. I think it has more to do with my body than the alcohol. ulcer maybe?

I am no expert but if you puke blood at all...anytime, it is not good. Get an experts advice, I am just your avarage cashier.

Bile is green, not yellow. So it's not bile. It is the contents of your stomach when you have not eaten recently. It is hydrochloric acid and nothing to be concerned about in and of itself. If you are drinking enough on a regular basis to puke that is a problem.
