Yeah but you have to pick your spots to bully, people will pick up on your playing style very quickly, I drain bullies all the time because they overbet the pot and then I trap them.

Sometimes I allow them to bullie me a little at time because I don't necessarily feel comfortable with the tell. But this ususally gives them a false sense of confidence and they continue to do it. and then the tells become blantantly obvious and I may lose 3 times but my 1 win against them equals their 3 wins times 3.

It doesn't matter how many pots you lose, it matters how big the pots you lose and how big the pots you win. I don't take unnessary risks, that is what poker is all about IMO. and if you get drained on a good hand, then thats unavoidable, but don't put all your eggs in one basket. Plus there is no excuse in to go on tilt for any reason, alot of players go on tilt because they work so hard to obtain a profit and see all get drained quick in one hand. So they figure its all in vain so they start playing irratically to make up the difference quickly. You can play aggressive at spots, but you have to choose them wisely.

Pot limit omaha hi-low is my favorite game I think you can manage your risk the best and there is more opportunity to either trap the bully as you suggest or to take out the weak players by being aggressive. Also players raise the max sometimes on a low draw which is pretty dumb or they will play third best flush hands when I only feel really safe with a nut flush in that game. Anyway, it's fun but yet another distraction that takes too much time, is hard on your butt and can raise your blood pressure if you lose on too many two outs to some joker on the river. I made some money but don't trust their software and the possibility of cheater colluders or people running multiple players with a computer is always there online. It only takes a small edge on a big bet to add up over time. Works like a champ in blackjack, ask the boys from MIT (before they got banned from every casino in the world).
