Well, here's some new pics. 47th day of flowering and buds are getting nice and fat. Trich production has increased (possibly because of the topmax?) and some of the buds are getting nice and frosty. I dont have that sugar coating you see on a lot of heady dank shots, but the buds themselves are starting to sparkle quite noticably in the HPS. Unfortunately i have really shitty lighting in my room, a so so digi, and a really shakey hand so all my macro shots have the suck. Can't even really capture how nice some of the buds look either because the HPS is too bright for the cam, and the only other light i have in my room is too weak to do any good. Still no smell either, maybe a faint whiff if i brush up against a bud, but nothing noticable at all. Im kind of wondering why one of my colas is looking fucked up. The top of the bud is growing pretty much all stem and no buds with a few of those single leaves. No other plant is doing that, kinda frustrating. Also noticing a lot of the leaves in the colas turning yellow and or dying on me. Heat issue? Light is about 2 ft from tops of plants and the back of my hand feels no serious warmth at the top of the cola so im a bit stumped.

Other then that just been following my normal schedule. Watering with top max 1 gal of water split between all three plants on fri and tues. Forget if i mentioned it but i finally figured out my timer is either defective or just shit, can't tell you how many times ive woken up to see the HPS shining bright when the plants should be sleeping. Since i have no money and need the timer to turn the light on, i can't go out and get a new one or just take the old one off. Im not home early enough to flip the lights on and im not waking up early in the am to turn them off. Since they've already hermied ill cut my losses and get a new timer for the next grow.

Last pic is one of my clones, super heavy duty tuitti fruity and kushage. Both strains are looking nice and Im going to start feeding them 1/4 str. veg nutes this week. This time im going to follow foxfarms feeding reccomendations and see how well it does me. The clones are pretty much ready to be flowered if i want, but im gonna let em veg a few more weeks so i can clone them. NYC diesel, afghani, hash plant, and flo seeds are on their way. Friend of a friend drove out to BC and picked some up for us, can't wait to get them started as well.

Whew, that's about it, buds are nearing an end but i fear they may have been set back a week or two due to the timer. The tall girl is the only one showing signs of nearing an end as about 10-20 % of her hairs are turning. Ill go out and pick up a 15x loupe to do the real test tho.

Hold back your nitrogen now. Will help bring out more of the buds flavor. These are exactly one day behind yours Notice the yellowing of the fan leaves as the nitrogen is being drawn out.  :stoned:

Well, due to the tall girl exhibiting a lot of secondaries with hermie flowers on them, my buddy and i decided to do a small harvest.  We chopped off all branches with buds that had the male flowers showing and hung em out to dry.  We're trying to eek out as much potency as we can with the rest of the plants though, but we have plans to just end it next fri and start looking towards our next grows.  I bought a 10x loupe scope yesterday and took a peek at our trichs.  Fully formed heads, but, they're mostly clear.  I know we're not harvesting at peak times but the buds are nearly snapping the main stems and the hermie flowers just keep popping up.  Figured we needed to end the cycle so they didn't pollenate our future grows which are being held in a closet about 5 ft away.  We got some bubble bags in a week or so ago and a friend of ours threw us some trim.  The last pic is the result of just a few handful of leaves thrown in.  I havent smoked it yet but my friend says it's damn good, if anything we plan on using these buds to make some hash out of if they  prove to be too shitty to smoke by themselves.

Pretty dissapointing, but it's no big deal since i have a few other plants just itching to go into 12/12.  Ill have a semi smoke report hopefully by next week when the "tester" buds have finished drying enough to smoke.  If anything we'll have a nice amount of hash after the harvest if the buds prove to be to shitty to smoke.

I have two plants that are ready for flowering. I need to top and clone them before i throw them in the closet. I have another plant i want to throw in the closet but i think it's showing hermie signs so im holding off on it. I have 5 small seedlings and another plant that's too tiny to throw into flowering. As soon as i hack down the others im going to throw them in the closet and get them going.

Well, the tall girl just showed way too many hermie flowers to keep around so down she went. I figure we'll get a few oz's out of her (hopefully).

just did a smoke test today.  Not bad, hopefully a slow cure will bring out a nice stone.  Clipped two very small popcorn buds, it was enough to give me two solid hits from a 10 inch mini bong.  taste was neutral, smoke a little harsh from being rushed a bit, and the high is quite enjoyable.  More on the head side but there is a nice bit of a body high settling in.  That's actually what i was hoping to get, i like smoking sativa plants more because it allows me to do things besides sit on the couch and surf the shroomery

Another round of bubble gold bubble hash is underway and my trimmings from the AT should be ready in a few more days.
