huge board improvement potential

i know this should be in suggestions but i want to give it more traffic:
can these boards get the rollover technology/scripting/whatever that overgrow has in their forums that pops up a text bubble with the content of the first post inside when you let the cursor linger over the thread title? that would be a huge help with the often slow response times in conjunction with all of the shit posts that most people would skip if they knew what was coming.
