Heres my current grow, kinda got fucked up a little because i tried using an LED array. Is what happend the light came in at them from all angles making fatties, im changing the way the lights are now....

I know you said the grow got fucked but personally I like to try and grow monsters every now and then. If you dont mind could you elaborate a little on exactly how did you create your "LED array", meaning how did you arrange them and so on. Also, what strain did you use and how did you prepare your substrate/casing layer, yada yada yada. You know just hook up some details.

yeah dude those are some damn nice ones, what strain is that btw? I grow cambos and they are usualy not very big, I did get a nice 5 incher, but I still love em.

Alright, The substrate was The aleien substrate mix, modified a little to my liking, and that was spawned to about 6 inches of straw. The casing is the 50/50 + tek with the addtion of 3 cups coir. The cased depth is 1 inch. I actully started an LED tek of how I did my LED's heres the link to the post: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/5484533/page/0/fpart/1/vc/1

The strain is golden teachers. Is what happend when I say i kind fucked up is that the straw started knotting before I got to put the casing layer on. So it kinda made my pinset suffer. Its not a big deal, they are just comming in all at diffrent stages. Thanks for the comments!

i like that size and shape there... got some meat on them bones!  they look like mini gold colored amanitas... the blue glow makes for nice photo-ops too :smile:

I still haven't used my LED tub yet, but glad to see how it worked out for you. Are you blacking out the sides from the inside? I figure I'll be getting the same problem (if you want to call it that, depends on what you're wanting) so I'm gunna spray black vinyl paint on the inside of the tub. What was your solution?

Oh, and how did you end up managing your humidity? are you using it with polyfill as a tub or did u set it up with a Cool Mist, I have mine pipped and can get it to be stable at any rH.
