I happened to be in South Lake Tahoe on Saturday, and Journey was playing there. The concert was basically out in the open, or people without tickets could totally see in. I thought it was pretty horrible, and I must say, I really dislike Journey.

Anything in the pathetic "Punk Pop" genre. It all sounds like the Archies (From the cartoon, not the band) throwing up on your furniture.

What is Punk Pop anyway, is that pop musc that your parents will say is ok because all you're gonna do is get a tattoo and then it's back to school and being a good kid? That's what it seems like. Music for kids on Ritalin who have too much energy but not enough sense to do anything earth shaking with it. Fuck Punk Pop.

Well, I guess what I meant was as far as a clone band goes, the philosophy of some musicians is pointless, tasteless and talentless, IMO of course... Pantera was like, pioneers in their sound of Metal... Heavy wasn't an option... it was a mandate! I really mean a lot of the kids out there trying to start bands who get to a level and their like, "I'm in the hardest band in town!!! SLobber slobber" they really suck though, most of the time, i'm thinking Hard music doesn't even have to give you a headache, especially if it's GOOD hard music... some hard music is just too hard for its own good (i.e.- Clutch) and the musicians for the most part aren't talented. no knock on Pantera or even NIN, but the point is, you can go only so far in one direction from center, some bands just overweigh themselves on that spectrum, because they just try to push it further than they should on one ray of musical appreciation.

Nelly, Usher, Hot Boyz, Juvenile, any chingy rap "band", TOBY KEITH, Blink 182, Papa roach, almost all modern country (would say all, but of course I haven't heard all of it), orgy, too many to list.

Whoever said Radiohead (Don't wanna scroll back to see who) should really try to get a better understanding of what original music is. Radiohead is one of the best modern bands. I can see that is an aquired taste, but they are an amazing band reguardless if you like their sound or not.
