Unique visitors all have different IP addresses. It's the most accurate measure of the actual number of people who visit us in any month. Of course there's a large margin of error due to people with dynamic IPs, proxy servers, etc.

Yeah March 04 isn't right, fucked if I remember what happened though. I'm sure it's just a case of missing Apache or AWStats logs or something like that. Based roughly on the other months, we probably had 118,253 uniques.

I dunno if Alexa is detected as spyware or not, I've never installed it. :smile:

Their toolbar offers semi-legitimate functionality but I don't think they have enough users that we can accurately interpret their data.

Interesting data indeed...Kinda like reading the stock market of the shroomery...actually that's why I chose this site rather than the others was the numbers of viewers it consisted of, I thought there must be some intelligent life form amongst all those numbers!
I haven't regretted it!  :thumbup:

I remember when the shroomery was hosted by the lycaeum...and was linked to on their main site. the lycaeum was the shit back then...better than erowid.
