it won't work. Marijuana churches have gone before the supreme court before and they always lose because the Court sees the church as a fake religion created soley to circumvent the law.

ACtually, it doesnt even matter if it is a real religion. Drug use has to be grandfathered in... meaning that the church had to use those drugs as part of their practices or beliefs before that drug became illegal.

which is why i think we should make a church right now that claims use on all chemicals that are to date, legal.

They might be seen as fake, but what about the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993?

Can you cite any cases where this was defense was invoked, but the defendant lost?

They said recomended donation... I wonder if they'd give it away for $20.

They might just recommend a high price, because they give away others at a loss??? If they did this, it would certainly seem less buisiness like.

There is an article on this in The Cannabible and it said that every time it had been tested in court that it upheld and protected the member. But use of cannabis is limited to solitary use during a religious experience. So getting caught with a big ol bag with a bunch of friends wont work with this type of protection.
