All Suppression is Fear-Based

Throughout the ages; those in power have sought to suppress anyone not 'towing the party line'. This has been done by book-burnings, the outlawing of free speech and press, exile, ex-communication, prison, war and murder.

This method is only temporarily effective and never addresses any root issues.

Those stuck in darkness ALWAYS fear those who bring light and seek to extinguish it. They look outward to try to control their inner trembling. This has been seen repeatedly through the assassination and execution of good men and women. Naturally their trembling continues unabated even after the "source" of their discomfort is removed.

These folks will usually claim that they are trying to protect "The Truth" or The Way", but as I have constantly pointed out, "The Truth" does not need protection; only falsehood needs protection! NOTHING CAN DAMAGE THE TRUTH.

Whenever those in authority attempt to "protect you" from ideas, be very wary and pity them for they are shaking uncontrollably inside.

they only damage knowledge of the truth, not the truth itself. if i put out enough tv ads that say the world is flat, it remains round, no matter how many people i fool.

Oh, you mean the ones from decades ago (like witnessed in the movie Grass :stoned:) that say marijuana will make you go insane and will cause you death? I think that the truth has progressively became more and more known and evident, to the point where a city like Denver will legalize it as a more beneficial social drug than alcohol. The fact that the government has created falsehoods for their own purposes has only served to reveal their actions as they truly are.

Those anti-drug advertisements aren't destroying the truth about drugs as I have brought myself to realize it. :grin:

Thank you for posting this again. I have had the privilege of being a dog trainer and have trained Pits. They are incredible animals and I always had trouble turning them back over to their owners.

This kind of cruelty and suffering is part of the dream of life. What are you going to do with it?

Sometimes I feel like that dog in terms of where I fit into society (or not).

A friend of mine breeds champion pit bulls. Over the years, a couple of them have turned on him or other people and he had to have them put to sleep. The reality with pit bulls is that they have the strength to really do damage once they attack.

Now, having said that, they are truly a beautiful animal and largely misunderstood. Pits were trained to work for man and were trained to fight other pits. They really do have a sweet loving disposition and are far less likely to bite than other breeds as the video pointed out. While I have witnessed two dog fights at his house, there has never been an occasion where one of his dogs was agressive to me. Usually the only fighting is to see who will get my attention...

It's completely unfair that pit bulls have been banned in Denver and other cities are considering similar bans. The abusive owners who beat them and/or fight them should be the ones "banned" through legal action and jail.

What I find especially interesting is that German Shephards, a breed that has been trained by man to protect man (attack other men), would never be considered for banning and is considered such a great dog by many. They are probably my least favorite dog in terms of being around them, typically very protective of their owners and just plain mean from my experience. Perhaps it was being bitten twice by a shephard and attacked on other occasions that has jaded me.

In any event, the pit bull given love and good care is a far superior family/friend/anyone dog than a german shephard or even a cocker spaniel. They can be biting machines, those cockers.
