It isn't related to ebb and flow or night and day, as love and hate are not opposites. Love and hate are not oppositional forces. It isn't yin and yang when it comes to love and hate.

These exist as the result of other people, whom know "me" from a limited amount of indirect interaction with "me", jumping to conclusions that are not based in any real understanding of me and my nature. They have their intrepetation of what I have meant by what I have expressed and they usually feel the need to intrepet why I expressed myself as I did (even though, through this medium, understanding why is impossible).
Forming their horribly incomplete, unsubstantiated model of who I am, they express definitions of who I am. This can be evidenced by the nature of their expressions and what they imply "You are constantly getting involved in other people's business...", "you are quite child-like and are a disappointment", "you are ignorant, egotistical, childish".

For one thing, when there is nothing of any real quality upon which to place these assumptions of my character, their definitions of who I appear to be to them serve more as projections of their own character than anything relating to myself. Perhaps they themselves are ignorant, egotistical, and childish.

I had simply observed him counter-balance other people's opinions of him with an assertion from space he can affect which is accessible to all that states that he acknowledges his bad ratings but doesn't think much of them, or that he makes it seem that he takes it as a compliment. I felt it an oppurtunity to bring focus to it.

His low ratings are in response to an action he took. It doesn't involve who he is. His action he initated once, or his views on such an action, do not represent who he is. If anyone is going to view his ratings and jump to conclusions as to the nature of his character, then one must realize that they are rather ignorant and, thus, their opinion doesn't have much merit anyways. I just did a post involving something related to this.

I say my casual "fuck it" (its meaning and its character cannot be represented through this medium ) and that it isn't important. Don't let others views get in your way of actively creating yourself as you wish to be, it is only as much of a hinderance as you make of it, and identifying with it as more than it is and making a point of calling it to attention lessens one's ability to effectively do that active creation.
