i said i was tripping with a friend he was gonna do .5 too but i did it and def tripped harder then i thought i would i had tracers

the baseboards were waving around
and when i looked in the dark with my eyes closed i saw a golden river type thing made of triangles

and it looked like my hands were vibrating

oh and i found out i can touch the ceiling in my bathroom haha(i never noticed how small my bathroom was until i went in their while tripping)

oh and when i took my jacket off my arms grew noticably longer
i felt really big when i first started peaking, like really tall

it only lasted about 3 hours the peak was maybe 2 hours

but id rather just eat 2.5 an trip harder and longer

So the only thing I'm a little confused about here is whether its better to use more or less lemon juice?  Once I get an answer on this I'll be trying this out within the next week or two hopefully.

I am definitely going to try this in a couple weeks. We are planning a day trip on the 20Th and I will do it for sure and try to get all the info back here. Don't know if anyone else will be willing to try it.

Just eat them normally for your first time. You want to experience the full come up and the peak. There isn't much of a peak with lemon tek, only a come-up and come-down. The quick come-up could also be difficult to handle on your first trip.

Very, very interesting. I have never experimented with boomers and lemon juice or cranberry juice. I've chased a chocolate bar baked with an 8th of shrooms in it with oj and it resulted in a magical experience :laugh:.

I have decided that I'll grind up >3.5 g's of boomers, and possibly combine them with some bioflavinoid supplements & lemon/lime juice.

I'm thinking of putting the shroom powder inside the bioflavinoid supplements (taking out some of the supplement) and chasing it with lemon/lime juice... OR combining a bioflavinoid supplement with shroom powder & stirring vigorously in a cup (maybe less) of lemon/lime juice (freshly squeezed).

As you can see I am all over the place with this experiment, and if anybody has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.:thumbup:

Welcome to the Shroomery. It's great that you are taking part in our community experiment with lemon/lime juice and entheogenic fungus. One thing you will find here though, is there is no need to bring up "Swim." It gets very hard to read posts when people bring that BS they learned at other less reputable forums as if it would protect them in a court of law.
The fact is, people get busted every day for divulging what they do on the internet.. weather it be drugs, or what have you. The internet is "imaginary", meaning that it is to be taken as such, imaginary. I can call myself the queen of england if I wished but it wouldn't make it true.
The people who get busted from divulging information on the internet have no protection, weather they use "Swim" or not. In fact, in a court of law, they would take "Swim" to mean "you" faster than they would think "you" meant "you -- because by using "Swim", it gives the direct impression that you've got something to hide.
Feds google drug forums just looking for that word, "Swim", because they know whoever uses it is involved in something illegal, and it will MOST CERTAINLY NOT protect you in any situation, even in a court of law.
But besides that, it seems you are a pretty intelligent gal and should catch on quick to all of our wonderful electronic meanderings.

I myself have been in and out of the shroomery for years now, forgetting my ID and password at times, however the grow I have now is my first. I will be trying the Lime experience when I get my first dry batch out of it. Just to make you more comfortable, I also make DMT, only for personal use, of course. Loosen up, it's a big, wonderful world. And if you're not doing anything harmful to another person, be it emotionally, physically or otherwise, no harm will come your way.

Yeah, the consensus is positive. Of course there are some who say it doesn't work but it has for most people (assuming you read through 58 pages. It's OK-I wouldn't expect anyone to)

Anyway.
My experience:
I didn't do the lemon tek exactly, since I didn't like the idea of chugging powder lemon juice fungi.
I soaked 28g of ATL#7 sclerotia for 15 minutes in one lemon's worth of fresh squeezed, pulpy goodness.I poured the whole thing into a thermos, then poured hot water and let it steep 15 minutes. I had to run out and take care of something, but left the sclerotia in how water to steep. I came back after an hour and strained the mixture. Letting it cool I kept the bits of material and waited.
Added some honey and mixed it up.
Drinking the lemonade-like substance, I hadn't finished it and it had been less then an hour (I don't know how long exactly) and I said "Shit"-it came fast, it came strong.
I began drinking at about 7, and by the time I was totally done at 7:45 I was feeling the come up. By midnight I was almost at baseline.
I ate the leftover bits and as I looked at the container was thinking "fuck" since i was eating it while tripping.

Usually I get about 6 hours out of a trip, but a loss like that isn't a huge deal-just remember not to take a high dose because you will be tripping balls with less.
This was intense, lots of visuals with racing thoughts and a really intense and amazing body high.

Hey no need for any of that. A lot of people use that wordage when they first get here. It's no biggie, it shows that you understand rules of forums, but that it's a little different here.

It's just that it makes the posts seem impersonal and distant. We're not doing anything wrong here. I believe the general consensus for this Shroomery, and the internet in general, is don't type anything you don't want anyone to know.

I've been doing this for quite awhile, and for several months, this was the only way I dosed, didn't know there was a whole thread...


what I do:

empty 1.5-3.5 grams of shroom powder from a capsule into a 250 ml jar of lime juice, i use bottled, it doesn't seem to matter. I let it sit as long as I can but a minimum of 10 minutes.


you can definitely feel something within 20-30 minutes of downing the sludge, and the come-up is kind of speedy, can make me a bit anxious at times...

It is much more intense, but it is also much less duration, so be careful, it can get a bit sticky at times  :trippinballs:  :trippinballs:  :trippinballs:

Because people have been using citric/ascorbic acid for years with mushrooms as a catalyst for whatever.. comming on stronger. But fresh limes/lemons seem to have something extra in there to do the job better. Maybe when it was attempted without being recognized, people just thought they were kickass shrooms and didn't read too much into it.

I remember drinking orange juice before taking amphetamine 5 years or so back.  I didn't notice any difference.  It's nice to know that people discovered this about mushrooms.
