Okay...Need some help on improvised recipe....

Alright....I am in a hurry to get my first grow on the road...So today is the day. My problem is that in my area I have been unable to find some of the ingredients...Mainly vermiculite. I have whole brown rice, perlite, steal cut oats, aged goat poo, my spores and a pressure cooker. My jars are wide mouth tapered pint. I have Treasure Coast and B+ spores. Now, what would any of you suggest? What can I throw together with these ingredients? I am ina hurry, as the spores have already been sitting in my fridge for 5 months...I don't want them to expire:) Please, help a girl out. I have looked at a few recipes, but have been unable to find anything that I think fits my meager materials. Rescue me! Thanks!!
