first time I've found a wild mushroom in AZ...

OK, it's monsoon season, so very uncharacteristically humid and wet here in Southern AZ.

Found in my backyard, mostly dirt and rocks.
I'm sorry, I wish I had all the necessary details like specific characteristics, but this is all I could get, they're dead now.
Anyone know what these are? maybe about 3" high...
