Dry substrate is the # 1 cause of slow/halted colonization.

look to see if there is any h2o build up on the sides of the jar or in it around the bottom. if so co2 buildup might be the prob. just loosen the lids a little so it can have some air extange. if in a week or two they stop growing or turn blueish you might try injecting some bottled h2o using the same syringe that you used to inject the spores in. this time shake the hell out of the syringe .
ps. make sure the nedle is steralized with a flame then a napkin with some alcohol on it.

I think maybe you need to keep the jars over at my house...
They might colonize better there!!! :0)

Sterile water, sterile syringe. Inject past the dry verm layer. The water will spread out evenly.
