i'e done it....

i did the Da Vinci method for a few weeks....

only take short 20 min naps throughout the day...



it works,well,but you still get the unsavory effect of sleep deprivation....

Well. That would have to be total DEEP sleep the whole 30 minutes. And most people barely get to that level even when they sleep all night long. That's why most people have to sleep for a good 8 hours to be fully rested.

All that REM sleeping and what not, I'm not too educated on sleeping, but I'm pretty sure you'd have to be at the deepest level of sleep to be good on just 30 minutes.

id do that probly every night... but theres just nothing to do during the hours of 12-9

apparently thats wut rangers work on (like hard labor, really hard labor) for 29 days for training in case they r ever behind enemy lines and need to know how to stay awake

m00nshine is currently vacationing in Maui. Rumor has it he got rolled by drunken natives and is currently prostituting himself in order to pay for airfare back to the mainland but he's having trouble juggling a hairon addiction. He won't be back for a long while.

i was wathing them do it on a marines docu. on the military channel...

i think you can build a "tolareance" or somthing,but it showed them doing it....

it's more like just a induvidual thing,,they don't all do it...
