my little novo+peyote garden
    #4254490 - 06/03/05 11:47 PM (18 years, 9 months ago)

Hi everyone,

Here's some pics of a part of my garden. there is some erythroxylum novogranatense my peyotes and a san pedro. Hope my novo seedlings will do well indoor. Would had prefered to grow them outside but canada temperature doesn't permit it. The first peyote pic is a lophophora williamsii caespitosa with 75+ heads followed by another lophophora caespitosa with 25 heads but grafted on a big san pedro. Next is a lophophora williamsii var williamsii approx 4.5cm, the coin is a quarter for size reference. The last little spindly peyote is a williamsii also but has been stressed since he born. it's funny cause this one is my first peyote from seeds, never been under a dome, was left out to die, nearly no light for months and for fun i tried to resurrect him. it worked now he's approx 3years old and still that small. he's growing upward even they are under a 400w MH hehe..

I'll try to keep you updated on the little garden.

Peace

They look a bit stretched...not enough light. Still a nice garden, they look healthy otherwise.

You need much more light.

Remember to gradually increase the intensity to prevent those pale areas from sunburning.

they are not directly under the 400w cause there is too many plants ( not shown on the pics ) but soon they will have their own room. Thanks for the tips guy.

Peace

nice garden

me too HedgeWych. i think i'm going to start when i graduate college in a couple of years. i think the best peyote trip would be from peyote that i took the time and effort to grow myself. i dont know if i would be able to bring myself to uproot it and eat it after watching it grow for so long though.
