Light / H2O2

Anyone know the actual best amount of light to give new p.cubensis cakes? The MMGG recomends a few minutes to an hour or two a day, but many people I have heard from recommend 8-12 hours, which seems more realistic. Also, is it good to spray the inside of the terrarium with a diluted H2O2 solution every once in a while, while cakes are already in there? Or just before you birth the first ones? Thanks, you guys are and have always been a huge help...

my friends friend says she never grew on cakes befor but casings dont need a great lot of extra added humidity to the terrarium as they generally produce enough of their own in her terrarium the light cycle should be the same for either casings or cakes an she leaves her light on 24/7. Mew
