Hey flux burn....Just so you know

Soak=Germination of spores
Simmer=Hydration
PC=KILLING SPORES...

Simmering is Nowhere near hot enough to kill any endospores....If hot warm(simmering) would kill some, then we'd boil grains....but that's not that case, just some fyi.

And if you add it to Karo cultures, the same results. Notta! Some of the greatest innovators will probably tell you the same thing. AGAR or ANISEPTIC uses only when it comes H202 use.

Acually I've got the russian (vodka)
Green apple twist, it's new, 70proof, nice sized bottle (about a quart and some) for only 15$...tastes good, smooth, but still that thin vodka like consistancy....taste like apples...so good, lol, its easy to get poosioning....lol, ok, nite guys enojy :grin:

Your a fool if you think that adding h202 to a culture, especially when trying to clone, when you inoculate it will stop growth and it wont benifit.

Some of the greatest innovators will probably tell me that if I were to try and throw a peice of a mushroom culture (be it agar wedge, peice of grain, or inner mushroom material) into a liquid medium, it would be wise to add some h202 since it will kill all the contam spores that may come in contact with the water or the peice of mycelium when you open the lid to throw it in.

Oh and you didnt say "H202 serves no purpose in using it for grain sterilization", which I would have agreed with. You said it has no use in "mycelial growth". Big difference.
