The thought of it digust me becuase its purly a natural biological reflux to feel disgust at the thought of having sex with close relatives. Its natures way of warning you against the genetic mutations of incestuous inbreeding. If you can overlook that warning and conditon yourself to go through with the act, then you are basically going against nature's good advice. But im sure someone will come up with some examples of incestuous relationships in the wild. But the fact is that it does'nt occur unless a species has a rapidly deminsihing population and is struggling for survival.

I think nature has a different way of dealing with those prone to incest, they simply die out because of genetic illnesses if any, so I think the disguist is social rather than genetic.

Yup... it's certainly more of a social rather then a biological function, we can look towards Egypt where the concept was seen in a very positive light.

Nature dealt with them fine as well... has some retarded Pharoah's that fucked everything up.

Inces MAY cause problems, but it also may be harmless in case of child birth..just sex is a different thing, in sex it doesn't matter because you don't bring any children to the world

Im staring to consider whether the disgust associated with this act  is an immative instinct brought about by social conditons. In essence a socailly conditonied reaction which immitates an instinctive repsonse. But i am doing some further reasearch into this, in an attempt at possibly proving Swami wrong. :grin:

Even if you prove Swami wrong, such instinct is not present in him, so the argument to follow instincts falls in watter, because he has nothing there to follow.

I'm not a fan of incest, but I admit there are no arguments for or against it other than pleasing social morality

I have no such instinct of repulsion. My family just doesn't turn me on. But if I grew up with a knockout sister. In my youth, if nobody said one thing about it or another and she was willing, then well... :thumbup:

Yes I find no arguments against just sex in family (without child) if it is wanted by both sides

It is as strange and wierd to me as it is to anybody, but that is not a reason to judge others for doing it
