I have played out this scenario several times in soul calibur 2, with me as Taki (ninja) vs my roomate as Mitsirugi (samurai).

The ninjas will always win. Ninjas are lightning quick, and as cited from real ultimate power, they can fly and time travel and shit. Samurais cant do that
