jar cultivation ?

i was wondering if jars cultivate faster if they where pressure cooked?
and was wondering what is the ideal substrait, humid. chamber (i forgot the other word for it)..temp., and what not.
Ive just been using vermiculite and brf...stove top sterilization (in a pot) and the perlite tek and feal its time to move on.
any info would help

Pressure cooking won't make it colonize faster, just cleaner.

Keep your jars at about 82 degrees for optimal colonization. Under normal curcumstances, humidity should not be an issue as your substrate is in a sealed, self-contained enviroment.

well i know that...i do....i mean a friend of mine frequently grows mushrooms...i was just looking....he was just looking for more advanced and better procedures.
