Ever produced LSD?

Has anyone ever tried to make it? or even attempt to try? I read somewhere the steps to produce it only to be extremely confused.I don't know much about chemistry though.There were even steps were you have to have special light bulbs for the creation of it.I'm not even going to try ,but I'd like to know if anyone here succeeded?

there are probably less then 10 ppl in the world that can make it (blackmarketly).

None are gonna tell you about it here on this website. The hardest part is probably obtaining the precursers.

I ment in not a lab that is government controled and obtaining the precursers.

There is probably a greater population of persons who are able to (and due considering the evidece of such) produce a similar but dirty/unrefined compound producing similar effects.  I similarly agree that no one would tell you- even though you are just a harmless kid I'm sure, the minds at work in the upper teirs of the LSD ring have no interest in either this site or, if to confound that last statement, in answering that question.  Number should be higher that ten skillwise- should be hundreds of people able to complete the steps required but I guess looking back he was probably reffering to those granted access to precursors- yep- sorry- no need for me to be so redundant.  Stick to LSA whippersnapper. :wink:

when I got busted for something awhile back as a kid. and got sent to a juvinile detention center. these guys would save there orange peals from lunch and put them under there pillow cases. week later they would mold and then they would eat it. they said it made them trip balls

With time, money, and smarts, anything is possible. I imagine there are far more than 10 organic chemists skilled enough to make cid. Even I know some organic chemists, so there has to be a good deal of them out there.

I think he means the people who have the skill, the connections and the desire to make LSD. Producing LSD or any drug for that matter is a dangerous occupation, kudos to the chemists who risk their lives so other people can trip.

Yeah having the connections to get the precursors isn't something that comes easy. There aren't many people willing to risk their freedom in order to make a substance.

true but it is vastly different when you are talking about LSD, these people aren't producing enough for themselves or even a few friends.. They are supplying millions of people.. the penalties are abit steeper if caught.

Good point, making the precursors illegal is an effective way of preventing the production of LSD.

However, correct me if I'm wrong (as my research is very limited), but an organic chemist should have little difficulty in obtaining LAA (one of the precursors) from morning glory seeds and Ergotamine tartrate (other precursor) from Secale cornutum (a fungus that grows on rye ... no, not magic mushrooms :P ). From there you just need know-how, time, and money for that expensive equipment.

My friends mom made it with friends of hers to pay for their college tuition. They all work at cancer institutes and such now, and could easily still make it.

Hahaha, I don't think so, unless they happened to know a huge amount about chemistry, and have various types of illegal chemicals, and certain types of lab equipment.

You can't just cook it up in a tub.

Theres plenty of equipment in a cancer research facility. Theres also plenty of equipment when you go to college for biochemistry.

Equipment yes, materials and precursers......that's a different story......no offense, but tons of people claim to have made it......doesn't mean they have, very, very few people do....and the ones that do do it to spread the light, not to make money, which was the reason you gave so........
