Anarchy Cookbook make lsd??/

I found a recipe to make some sort of lsd with morning glory seeds(or hawaiian wood rose seeds) but you just gettin the trip outta the stuff you get out of this whole process which is making the seeds into some mush or something you put in capsules

heres the link and heres the recipe under it


1 Grind up 150 grams of Morning Glory seeds or baby Hawaiian wood rose seeds.


2 In 130 cc. of petroleum ether(*i think it means diethyl ether), soak the seeds for two days.

3 Filter the solution through a tight screen.

4 Throw away the liquid, and allow the seed mush to dry.

5 For two days allow the mush to soak in 110 cc. of wood alcohol.

6 Filter the solution again, saving the liquid and labeling it "1."

7 Resoak the mush in 110 cc. of wood alcohol for two days.

8 Filter and throw away the mush.

9 Add the liquid from the second soak to the solution labeled "1."

10 Pour the liquid into a cookie tray and allow it to evaporate.

11 When all of the liquid has evaporated, a yellow gum remains. This should be scraped up and put into capsules.


30 grams of Morning Glory seeds = 1 trip
15 Hawaiian wood rose seeds = 1 trip

sounds like a good experiment if any one approves i might try it out

what that is , is an extraction of lsa. it is in no way lsd.

i remeber reading the anarchist cookbook when i was 13 or something and tried to make lsd and smokebombs. :lol:...those were the days.

That smoke bomb instruction does work, the auhtor stole it from someone else. All that is is a crude extraction. And no you can't get high from peanut skins.

Do a search on HBWR here and you'll find you just need to grind your seeds and put them in water with a little lemon juice.

LSA is comprised of a lysergic acid amide whereas LSD contains a di-ethyl amide.

The recipe in the Anarchist Cook book does not work, and the MDA recipe in the Psychedelic cookbook by Michael Valentine Smith Does not work. You can actually look up Albert Hofmann's original formula in the journal it was published in if you go to college and know how to look up chemical abstracts. But on the other hand with out a lot of ecpensive lab equiptment you really cannot manufacture this in your own home, unless you can afford it all and that =includes thousands of dollars of lab equiptment and chemicals.

Hey MJ,

I have a book by Valentine called Psychedelic Chemistry. I, in no way, have the chemistry knowledge to follow the instructions, but from what you said about that recipe for MDA, I'm questioning the authors validity. Is he competent or not?

bloody anarchist cookbook, it took hours to get enough of the sodding peanut skins to smoke and it didnt do anything.

he was apparently not a chemist, but he did a fair job searching the abstracts for useful preps, & most of them should work --- but it is always worthwhile to consult the orignal articles (which he generally does reference fairly well) for the "more difficult" procedures anyway... (orignal articles --- geez, i have a box full of photocopies from my daze & nites in the uni libraries (& i wish i could find other articles in other uni libraries for another boxful... now, if only i had the lab, the fixin's, the smarts, & the privacy to try out some of these tempting "recipes"... yeah, right... only where legal of course...)

Well most of the stuff from that book is just mis-information and will probable kill any one trying to make any of the explosives out of there.
I cant be bothered to pick a specific thing but i am sure most of the reactions are dangerous and have been written poorly I wouldnt be suprised if they intended to injury people who are cluless at chem.

The DMT recipe in the Anarchists Cook Book is actuall okay.

I had friend in the 1970s who made DMT formthe book, but much of the others are not viable.

Years ago there was a famous DEA phtograph of some agents cooking banana peels in an oven and smoking the dried skins to see if one ould get high form them. This developed form Donavan's song Mellow Yellow which was really about Safron and MDA. which is used to make MDA, not Bananas. No one knows who started the banana skin rumors but the DEA sure went to work fast to see if they would have to ban bananas.

Remember, you are not allowed to get high to feel good. IT is against us morals.

its ok mj well just whip up a batch of thermite and burn the dea to death with it. Thats one recipe that does work.

what do u guys think of uncle fester? he has many books out on making amphetamines and "practical LSD manufacture". not to mention his books on explosives and the like.

if you used the method that was previously mentioned to make lsa, i think you could make lsd using the recipe found here : http://www.neonjoint.com/drug_recipes/chapter1.html. i have little to no knowledge on the subject, i am simply pointint a resource i have found out.
