bulk substrate question

i am looking to make up some bulk substrate. i have brf/vermic jars colonizing now and want to break these up to innoc some bulk substrate. good idea?
is there a good tek out there for this? is it as simple as just carefully adding to say an already steralized bag or jar of say rye berries? help.

how bout some input from someone that has had some success with bulk strate and has just switched over from cakes or simple vermic casing.

here "lazy pants" i'm gonna be kind to you ....

things to make bulk substrate with:

1.straw
2.worm castings
3.dung
4.compost

these 4 ingredients can be used in combination or alone in bulk scenarios.

not being lazy thanks. just looking for some human input.
i have already been around and have plenty of printouts of methods. just because someone says theyre god doesn't mean they are.
i am just looking for a referal to a certain method.

Which one are you leaning towards? My monkey has only done one bulk tek. It used a worm castings/coir mixture. It was about the consistency of jiffy mix. Sterilized in quart jars in the PC.

Anyway, it went very smoothly. Just had one extra step, which was innocing the bulk sub w/ the grain spawn. Colonized pretty fast, which is good to avoid contams. Cased it and got larger fruits than usual w/ plain grain. Fun, fun.

arent all of these posts written by humans??? anyway ... if you say "i have already been around and have plenty of printouts of methods."... you would have found posts on the use of straw/worm casings.... there are detailed steps on doing this and aqiring all of the necessary materials...i'm sorry i might seem rash, but sometimes it seems that some people dont even bother to read all of those posts laying around in the archives... there is tons of information just collecting dust and most of the people who post stupid ass questions are just  asking for it....it seems like you just want everything handed to you on a silver platter, instant gratification. America is plagued with this and sometimes i feel like an outsider because of it. the information is all there for you ! you dont even have to by a friggin book if you dont want to! concider yourself blessed and lucky that this fukcing internet is around ... cause back in the day you had to actualy READ BOOKS ... remember those????? :laugh:...

Some people around here just like to bitch and give you a hard time.....As mentioned worm castings work great, also if you want a cheap simple way of stretching your verm rice substrate, try spawning some local dung. Get dried horse or cow patties and shred/break them up by hand soak them in water over night , leech out the excess water and mix it with your substrate.. when this mix colonizes case it with straight verm and you can easily get double the fruits..........
