No man, it's okay to cry.  You had a hell of a weekend I hear at the gathering, so chances are your emotions are running higher then normal.  Just ride it out and stay positive and you'll be okay.  :heart:

et good and get lots of sleep, plenty of water. Take a multivitamin and some 5htp. The worst e-depression usually seems to hit a week or so later.

Ah, that reminds me of the time I woke up from a horrible nightmare back in June. I woke up crying really hard and ran out of the house and laid on the front lawn sobbing. This event really messed with me for months. I guess the best thing to do is talk to someone about it or try and go back to sleep.

Ah Shit Dude, at 40, I can say that I cry every day over the most trivial and stupid shit, like the news, with all the killin, and the starvin of Calcutta, and almost everywhere else, except Switzerland, and like the WHOLE FUCKING MESS that's life, but most of all I can't forget what Buddha said about everything changing being the source of suffering.

2 Mornings ago for some reason I woke up very quickly and horked a big spitwad somewhere unknown into my room, and fell back asleep - when your drowsy you do weird shit.

It is strange how random it is, but in a similar experience of mine I remember, it feels good to get the crying out. And a few minutes later you feel ... ah I can't explain it. It's just good to get the crying out though.

its okay, man i cry too. a lot lately, its not neccaserally the E that you did this weekend, a lot of things maybe were realized about your life because of it...

i think you are right....this past gathering included a wide variety of emotions for me, form the extreme highs-to the extreme lows. during my down time, i thought about alot of stuff that i have been ignoreing, alot of stuff that needs to be taken care of. i consider this as sort of a wake up call for me. and now that my brain chemistry has finally reached an equilibrium of sorts i think its time to go ahead and take care of some shit. im actually glad i went through this little depression....i kinda needed it i think.

also i once had a nightmare that almost made me cry, i was swimming with my mom and this nice turtle and we played with this turtle for a long time, and it was all smiley and friendly, and finally we were like time to let him back into the water so we gave him a kiss, and my mom went to throw him back in the lake. but he didnt make it and smashed on a boulder on the shore. it was fucking horrible.
