Well I took off late on Friday morning at 10 am to go for a shroom walk/hunt.
I found hundreds of pinners at a few locations and again ripped up areas where someonw went shroom wild.
I also ran into one person whom I met picking last October at a different location. He had a large hugh dog with himt hat was so beautiful. HE knew of two of my patches inthe area since he walked with me to them. Pointed out some other small groupings I did not notice before. WE left them to grow. HE and I both discussed all of the shroom thieves. Not that anyone has exclusive rights to public places buit we were more or less talking about the thieves who steal and ripp up the mycelia inthe ground disturning the woodchip and branch fator.
Then we saw two more guys come out of the brush with a large bag of shrooms. So the four of us went to a bush and smoked some bush.
ANyway Here are 11 new iamges of what I saw when going around the area. Hopefully those mushrooms will still be thee on Tuesday next week when I go back.
One of the three had promised to send me a picture to my email of a massive patch he had a picture of on his camera. HE showed me the image. It was a beautiful patch, as nuice as Cardboards early find this year.
But no mail yet. And my friend form last year. He never goes ont he internet. Doesn't know what he is missing. Says he is too busy to look up anything ont he internet. WEll thats cool.
so here are the images.
Mj,
Until we meet again at the corner of the shrooms.

Nice patches. The rain, plus a bit warmer temps than last week seem to be brining up the pins...we had frost up here a few nights ago and I thought that was the beginning of the end, I guess not

No that is intense bluing reaction to extreme cold and maybe someone stepping or kicking the shroms when they were a little younger hiding in the grasses./
mj
I have many images of bluing but they are picked shrooms I hold in my hands. I will eventually post a section at my site of picked cyans as well as bluing in the cyans, lawn cyans and woodchips cyans. Each image will open to full screen or close to it. I have more than 400 cyan images to ost out of about three thousand in my library.
Righ now I am still working ont he t-shirt art section of shroom t-shjirts from Thailand.

Wow. I guess the cold froze the shrooms, the cell walls ruptured a bit, and the psilocin oxidized? The pics are beautiful. I look forward to the new pics you are adding to your sight, mj, and also the new t-shirts! peace

I guess i went a little off track from the subject topic.
The t-shirt site will be up tomorrow. have to finish resizing and then I have to put each image and the thumbnail in the JPEG compressor and then write the script for the page, and then ftp them. The only thumnails I keep are the ones for this website. But i have about 20,000 photos ont he computer and need to rescan a few thousand more at 300 DPI. Lost a lot of art business because I made my first thousand graphic images and montage and collages at 72 DPI. Now 90% of all my art is at 300 DPI. I still make smaller images too.
So tomorrow I will post all the images of the hand-painted T-Shirts I brought back from Thailand, a few from Seattle and a few frmm Amsterdam, One from Cambodia.
SOme of those shirts I had from 5-20 t-shirts all painted at the same time, and whikle they were all similar, there were slight noticible differences in the colors and objects in the paintings.
So let me know how you like that section.
After that I will either work on the P. cyanescens Picture Center (Bluing, Woodchipss, Lawn, and picked but not yet drying. Over 500 photos).
Or,
My graphic mushroom Art Creations on Bryce 3-D, Photoshop c.s., Kais Power Tools 3, 5, 6, 7,Eye Candy, Maya, and a few other programs. Over 200 beautiful Mushroom Memories.
have a shroomy day,
mj
And since I took time to present a long rap.
Here is another image from Fridays pickings,
If you look very carefully into the one mushroom on the right with the flash flare on the mucous membrane of the sticky pellicle of the cyan cap you can see the reflection of the tree in the background which was spreadout from the mulch with sshrooms in the sunlight, the moist cap gives that reflection. I can enlarge it on my site because it is orignally 300 DPI. Might justr be an illusion. BUut I see a tree.
