in this last week we have all witnessed the coming together of our many members for a common goal. 

we have seen that despite any differences, our love for each other is what counts the most.  it is out love for each other that brings us together, and it will be our love for each other that will keep this community as vibrant as ever.

Annnnnnd I had a light saber and my friend was there and I said "you look like an indian" and he said "you look like satan" and he found a stick and a rock and he named the rock ooga booga and he named the stick Stick and we both thought that was pretty funny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. I stepped on some glass while wading in the swamp and cut my foot open, didn't bother me til the next day either....yeah it was a good time, ended the night by buying some liquor for minors and drinking nips and going to he diner and eating chicken fingers, and then I went home and went to bed.

Man I have never been a fan of the whole virtual friendship thing, I always though of it as impossible... until I the shroomery. I havent even been here a month and Im amazed by all of you. You are a great bunch of people, I cant wait to meet some of you at a gathering or something. Much love for the shroomery and its folks.

I was thinking the same thing. I've loved this board since I've been here, but in the last week alone, I've seen some of the most incredible displays of human decency and compassion. It gives me hope that maybe our world isn't as fucked as I thought it was.
