Trouble logging in using Firefox?

Tried loggin in with firefox but everytime i type the security code it says its invalid. The site works with internet explorer? any ideas???

try clearing the history, cache, etc

cleared everything in mozilla and it still doesn't work.  restarted system and no help :frown:.  Admins heard of anything else??

Don't use numlock i use the regular numbers. Don't see why it isn't working for me in firefox i think it might be AdBlock extension?

maybe - depends on what you filter you have imported.
post your filter and I'll take a look.

or just try disabling it and seeing if that's the problem....troubleshoot it

I tried disabling adblock and it still didn't work says my security code is incorrect. Haven't installed anything else between the time it worked and thn

all I can think of then is wrong numbers :smile:

maybe someone is playing a trick on you and changed the num keys around...? I do that to people at work.

if it works in IE, and not in firefox, then thier is something wrong with the program, not the keyboard, however, thier is the very slight chance that he's putting it in wrong every time... but i doubt it

I've uninstalled firefox and all extensions. Restarted and did a fresh install. It still doesn't work?? WTF?

I had that problem twice. I type the code in wrong. I had to click the I can't see it button to get a new code, then it worked. hope this help.

if nothing works, try unintalling/reinstalling firefox with a new profile (let me know if you dont know how to do this) - there might be some weirdo setting in the userchrome.css that got fucked up.
