pdoes anyone here ever get so mad they lose mental stability. about an hour ago i got so angry i think i flipped my wig. can't really go to much in detail.

That's usually what I call "black rage" I get so mad that I pretty much black out. Luckily the older I've become the better I have been at controlling it.

It's ok to be mad at times, but if it happens so often that it affects your daily tasks, then it may be wise to seek professional help IMHO.

Personally, I don't think I've ever been mad enough to have experience "black rage", but i've known people who have.

Anger is a poison which seeks to destroy us.

That being said, it isnt healthy.Likely one day you will do something or a series of things which you will regret.

Only a calm mind and rational thought and understanding defeats anger.
