Tres Soles takes longer than HVC and quite a lot longer for me around twice the amount of time but I still haven't grown them successfully so I can't say what timeline they're supposed to have but my first pins were harvested after 8 weeks and HVC takes 4-5 but I myself think Tres Soles are soooo worth the wait I've never tried zaps so can't compare with those but Tres Soles feels like a more grown up and mystical HVC but still completely different.

Happy to hear it man, I smoked a lot of what we used to call camel shit when I was younger, it's what got me into cultivating cannabis though so I guess it's all good in the hood

I had this one strain called Love Potion#1 and I could smoke that all day every day and it would still feel just as potent no matter what, hash just never was the same after that.

Just to be clear, are you saying that from pins to harvest is where Tres Soles takes longer then HVC? The Tres Soles cultures I have going right now seem to colonize agar, grains and substrate just as fast as HVC.

Why haven't you grown any zaps?

Yeah exactly it's the pin to harvest time, the rest is the exact same as HVC for me too. But the pins are slooooooow for me but as mentioned totally worth the time imo. And I never grew zaps because each time I've cleaned them up my undiagnosed ADHD has kicked in and I find other projects my discipline isn't the best...

Yep, so the spores aren't directly illegal but they changed the custom laws so that anything which is considered as "preparation of drug manufacturing" will be seized and prosecuted and you can't say it's for microscopy anymore unless you're an actual scientist.

When I started smoking hash I lived in a small town, always $10 for a gram, $80 for 10 grams and $650 for 100 grams and the quality was all over the place, so yeah that shit got old real fast

Growing cannabis was my first actual hobby and I got in real deep, man that is now 25 years ago It is a great hobby and I enjoyed it for 12 years and still miss it, I'll probably get back into it as soon as the kids get out the house

Love potion #1 was the best I ever had, which includes my 3 trips to Amsterdam, they don't sell the strain anymore, but I've been out of the game for so long I'm sure there is some great new strains out there. Love potion #1 was a 80/20 Sativa/Indica strain and flowered for 3 months before she was ready to be harvested.

Thanks, I can deal with 2 months for Tres Soles and if it's a better trip then HVC that's just a bonus as I think they look absolutely amazing. I'll never be no Mico Zapotec, but if I can get close I'll be a happy camper, just look at this beautiful mushroom and grow

Haha they absolutely love water, I soak them a few times a day and each time I do it they just suck it up demanding even more

I've also been experimenting with bottom watering and it seems bottom watering is highly appreciated by Semperviva HVC. The mushrooms look way more healthy and meaty when I do this and the yield increases. Ofc it's too early to say this is true, I have to keep testing it side by side with the rest but for those who grow in monotubs I definitely wanna recommend trying it out.

The idiots cracking down on it are the Sweden Democrats. We have a new government now though but yeah these guys have been the cause of many changes like this and I'm starting to get really sick of it.
