You take a piece of tissue from a specific specimen and use that as your base instead of spores.

So ideally you wanna split the fruit directly in half and take a piece of tissue from directly in the middle of it as cleanly as possible you want it to be with a sterile blade.
Then transfer it ideally all of this is happening in a still air box or in front of a flow hood.

Place that piece of tissue onto some clean agar.

Also, just a general thought.
Tri, I saw your responses, but have the colonizer on mute. (And don't doubt yourself, Pig hates zionism just as much as any sensible person). With all of the refugees of the Great OTD War / some dumb skirmish between a couple of trolls and some cultists, now flooding the shores of Cultia, it might just be time to use that ignore function more.

Even Cat's puppets got really annoying after a while, and I liked Cat. But now that the actual shit-for-brains trolls like Headies come over, it might just be time to hit that button more. Or argue with trolls, of course.
