You could try taking Chitinase or an enzyme complex that includes it, right before dosing. Maybe that would help... It's hard to pinpoint anything blindly without more information.

Personally My anxiety stimmed from untreated ADHD, Major depression and anxiety as a result of untreated ADHD was the official diagnoses. Got on that Adderall and that helped my depressions and anxiety more than my focus which was weird. after about a year of being on Adderall i started to notice how to cope with my ADHD and that helped fix my anxiety and depression. now i understand myself more and no longer take it.

I know that might not be a quick 'How To' but there could be something underlying that's causing it... I mean, there is a cause. you just have to find it some how and kill it at the source.

Smoked weed for 15+ years and then all of a sudden taking a puff would SEND ME like major anxiety. Smoked cigarette's for about 10 years and those didn't help either (hardest thing I've ever done in life was quite smoking cigs).

I'm pretty much sober other than some mushrooms and acid here n there, its helped e quite a bit,, I'm a little more edgy but I've kicked my anxiety for the most part.


Another thing that really helped me it just going out to eat at sit-down restaurants by myself,, kinda weird but really helped.

i probably framed this totally wrong i dont actually have issues taking them at all except the sleep thing honestly .., but since im doing this i figure i wanna figure out the best way because my genetics probably are not great im always worried about losing potency so im just trying to figure out the best way of taking them..,

We have gotten used to cooking our foods. Many raw foods make the stomach upset. Our stomachs cant break down mushroom cell walls (chitin) without help from a combination of heat(cooking), mechanical advantage (teeth), and enzymatic reactions in the stomach followed by fermentation in the intestines.

Its quite the ordeal when you break it down like that.

The biggest fix for maximizing potency is growing better or more mushrooms.

Minmaxing and optimizing things become secondary when you learn an abundance mindset.

Trust, this hobby will bring abundance

Just be careful and unless you see that Xanax come out of a prescription bottle and kno exactly that it actually came from the pharmacy.

Chances of having fentanyl in it is high.


KNOW YOUR SOUCRES.


They do sell fentanyl test kits just in case you need to make sure. A little making sure is worth a  life.

^ making tea is an art, and yeah, unless you do like 3 decoctions you are losing on potency. Chocolates are super easy, I just became a full convert.

Simple Chocolate Recipe:

1- Find cheap compound chocolate, not the real stuff. Like those coin chocolates or something.

2- 10:1 ratio chocolate/shrooms.

3- Melt half of the chocolate by itself, in the microwave, in 20 second intervals, mixing it in between.

4- Once it is very nicely melted, add the rest of the chocolate, mix, microwave again maybe one

5- Once you have a uniform thing, start mixing in the powder, small amounts at a time rather than dumping the full thing, keep mixing.

6- Once you feel confident its well mixed, spoon the mixture into a mold, icecube tray, or sauce container. Then put in fridge.

Within 20 minutes, you've made dope chocoaltes.

This was my first attempt, I used a dollar store $2 coin that had 120g of chocolate. I added 12 grams of shroomies or so.

I don't have first hand experience, but I have heard from multiple people that coming off of benzos is one of the worst addictions to kick.

Not that one pill will do it to you, but heroin was hard enough for me that I'll never touch the stuff.

They are starting to use orphines (up to 10x stronger) and nitazines (sometimes 20-40x stronger than fentanyl)

Aparently the regulations for fent ingredients have tightened and these substitutes often require multiple doses of narcan.

I do  have first an experience in your absolutely right. comes with taking those things constantly like crazy.

I'm only saying if you know those things aren't an issue for you at all and taking a quarter of a pill

maybe once every couple months or so if that's how often you trip. at least for me it is then it's not. really an issue it's just a sleep aid.

That's why I started the post with.  I don't condone xanax use  especially not on a daily basis.

Even though I know some people absolutely needed and depend on it. I'm only saying that once stuck on it truly and unfortunate disaster. And one that can last a lifetime

I had a xan seizure at work from withdrawals before. No fun. Some might not agree but I still say kicking fent or methadone is way worse then benzo withdrawals any day but that's just me. I always DO recommend benzos to people tho for after the trip to sleep usually. Doesn't have to be alprazolam just something to ease the nerves. That's assuming the person has reasonable self control and won't go off the wagon from taking a benzo after a trip.

for sure I think I'm unless you can get something from a pharmacy these days and the pharmacy is here in the US you shouldn't take it.

And that's only if you're planning on taking something. Overall I really think people should be fucking with weed and some specific psychedelics.  Thats all I do these days as well.

I see knots and surface is only around 50% colonized. Did I screw somehow or can they decide to send knots early sometimes?

Went straight to FC 8 days ago. Ratio is 1:2 and it’s Jack Frost.

I on day 5 or 6 since sending it, I noticed some hyphae reaching up, nothing outrageous but definitely different to what I’ve seen before with this same culture. So I removed the second layer of micropore tape on the bottom holes. Now it’s all single layer on the 6 holes.

After removing the second layer, a couple days later it started knotting.

I’m actually stoked to see knots don’t get me wrong, but just sharing what’s going on here.

It's possible the substrate is over hydrated or there's an invisible contamination that's preventing colonization. Either way the mycelium has recognized this and is pushing fruits early as a work around. Looks like you'll get some fruits regardless which is always a good thing!:mushroom2:

Edit: you can pop the lid off and take a photo, won't hurt anything taking it off then putting it right back on. Just be sure to lift the lid evenly, and slowly, otherwise you risk the condensation under the lid raining down on the surface.

I've had some shoeboxes pin in a week, others took 2+ to show signs of pinning and took what elt like forever to colonize. There was a thread somewhere that RR said if you open the FAE up more it will colonize faster at the expense of moisture,, Can confirm.

A shoebox i thought was stalled out started right back up when i opened up the FEA, and then once it started getting knots i closed it back after a misting in order to slow down the moisture loss and boom,, pins.

What Wedge said, fruits are fruits abundant or not. You still got fruits.

You can consider trazodone as well. Lower abuse potential, not intoxicating, and easy enough to get prescribed for sleep by a doctor so you can get some guidance from a professional if you're on any other drugs or whatnot. It also has a high 5ht2a affinity so it can stop a trip.
