And let's thank the other admins and all the mods, of course. They do a good job of keeping this place from turning into a cesspool. They even give me a hard time sometimes :wink:

ythan could've sold our data to the islamic state or the kremlin easily by now - but he remains steadfast and only shares data with the NSA and MI6 :feelsgoodman:

It is almost too good to be true, like - why doesn't this site have 1000 ads for ebglyss and zoloft everywhere? Makes you really wonder whats up.

I’m involved with Shroomery since Y2K, first 2 years lurking.
I’m 53 so soon, I spent half my life here :sun:

It’s my favorite online community.

Returning as a mod felt natural - I want to contribute meaningfully on many levels.

Now the mind-bending dissociatives are out of the way, returning to business as usual :heart:

My first exposure to this site was reading the thumbprint thread early in high school, and reading some DMT trip reports. It was the most interesting community I'd come across and honestly kind of intimidating with all the (what I believed to be) crazy shit people were saying and doing.

I kind of just thought everyone on here were trafficking Family LSD and smoking DMT all day talking to aliens. I certainly never thought I'd grow up to be a mod here

Finally joined after my first mushroom trip and mostly lurked, started posting a bunch once I really got into psychedelics and haven't looked back. Met tons of cool people here, a lot are dead but I've also made a some lifelong friends. Hopefully we can all keep it going for many years to come :cheers:
