Is this Lc done?

Hello just curious if you all think this Lc has grown enough and if it looks good, b+ from the 28th, I did test it on agar but I did the Sunday night and it hasn’t grown enough to tell me anything. It was inoculated from a Lc I bought online which I did test on plates and was clean

Oh yeah more than enough growth.

Looks clean but give it a lil stir/shake to be sure it's not cloudy. Clean vs dirty examples in this post. But looks good at a glance.

Yes very little on the plates RW and B+ tested with an inoculation loop on 8/2 Im not sure if i stuck the loop down far enough and grabbed enough myc regardless, these are 2 of 10 jars that were poured on 8/3 with the RW LC that show significant growth in just 2 days.

Also DV8 I was curious about the flow hood cover you have and the platform work station thing you have, did you make those?

Yeah. If I'm a little unsure if it's totally ready I just stick the needle right into the blob and make sure I get plenty of mycelium in the syringe. Did that with a couple jars the other day and sucked most the mycelium out but left a little bit and it grew right back in a few days.

Yea I went ahead and filled 4 60cc syringes with it and knocked up 10 jars with 1 of them. Hopefully have some nice growth in 2 days.
