Nature is not inelegant
Unfoldment according to plan
Across the almighty span
Is simply not intelligent

Possibility is the true element
And the miracle we have at hand
Restores dignity to the soul of man
The evitable making relevant

Thought


Thought, you see, is a form of reflection
Upon a robust implicit projection
Its polar nature born of the dialectic
And we all know that thought can be hectic!
But in its measure it is indispensable
Rejecting to serve the serene hardly sensible

Thought must not be put down or ignored
Dismissed, made unreal, condemned or abhorred
In some situations we must quiet our minds
But along with the soul, thought must be refined
Some have said the solution is less thinking
At times, perhaps, but truth we must be linking

Linking into a great chain neurologic
Finding the furrow framing morphologic
We have opposites—thesis, antithesis, pair
Into the abyss do not too long stare
But join the pair, not really two but just one
And true perspectives you’ll have certainly won

So utilize well a sane mind for process
And you shall make real, veritable progress
It’s not an activity must needs be dismissed
But one with knowledge, creativity kissed
So keeping in mind when it’s not right to do it
Do not simply always eschew it!

Making Distinctions


In the end we do know all is One
But it’s good to make distinctions
Everything that’s under the Sun
Would witness human extinction
Communication would be done
But we do talk, in contradistinction

Without using language for difference
We’d be in a sea of confusion
And yet humanoids are vociferous
With a chaotic profusion
Burning up all the coniferous
Can evolve through talk to fusion!

Mass and energy—really the same
But we all know they are not quite
Mind without brain we could name
But how are we to see the light?
Without all these words in the game
We may as well be denied sight

Existence is a unity, indeed
Though it is multifarious
With quasi-independent needs
On levels that are various
And this compromise does seed
Our very tongues gregarious!

The End of History


When we reach the end, that scripture portends
There has to be resolution
Of course we must survive
We must duly strive
Not to finish in grim dissolution

So what is proposed, and only God knows
If we can avoid a bad fail
We shall at the finish
Not die or diminish
But on seas of holiness sail

Our civilization, yes, every nation
Is now quite deeply involved
In a rise of the noosphere
And all of the course and clear
Shall in admixture evolve

At the end of history, acme of a mystery
We have the dread singularity
Yet it will be true
De-rotate the screw
Establish spiritual prosperity

The super-aware, the finally fair
Come into view for all beings
A true consummation
Opposite of damnation
An ending of history freeing

But from here to there, and everywhere
The noosphere must suffer no rupture
She subtly protects
But fate might reject
The homeostasis of structure

Steadfast we must be, taxonomic tree
Must be preserved and projected
Toward a glorious future
We must not ever lose Her
And the grace of God shall be effected

Higher Circuits


First, you have your neurosomatic
Body sensations super-ecstatic
Moving into a sensory space
Feeling like one has to quit the race
Society: no satisfactory answers
One turns instead to the dervish dancers

Next we’ve got the neurogenetic
The morphogenetic groping frenetic
All evolution distilled to a moment
Immortality has many an exponent
The noosphere wisely conspires here
And Gaia her scions knowingly steers

Screaming along the neuroelectric
Varied thought-forms very eclectic
Exploding many-mirrored meanings
Not a lot is what it’s seeming!
Multiple choices where before only one
With lower concerns we are totally done!

Finally, we’ve got the neuroatomic
Nonlocal, that is, so not autonomic
The beginning and end of true freedom, you see
What is it that you have wanted to be?
This is the infinite, quantum liberation
Knowing and being in pure distillation

What there is past this, who could quite say?
Advances in quantum theory point the way
It’s probably not the end of it all
And indeed circuit eight is enough to enthrall
But maybe there’s realms higher in the scheme
And all here below is just a quaint dream…

This is It


A scary proposition
If all we have known
Is all that exists
And all that we own
Is extraneous junk
And karmic seeds sown
But really now
It must get much better
A Hell-realm we’re in
Precise to the letter
What of the Heavens?
Do they also fetter?
The point of such words
Is that we must live now
Existence complex
We must master how
To appreciate being
To align with the Tao
So wherever one is
In this starry vault
If you’re having trouble
It isn’t your fault
But to be Enlightened
Knowing you must exalt
So to say “this is it”
Affirms a deep verity
Do not become angered
Lash out with asperity
But center your conscious
And be with celerity

Heaven

A planned sunflower field
with rich, abundant yield
No need for sword or shield
Evil cast away and sealed

Ten thousand black seeds
In a bag in the shed
a lush forest to roam
7-bean soup keeps us fed

Chickadees chirp and sing
and feed from one's hand
The wasp and scorpion sting
Has no folly on which to land

A Jain-like spirit
finally prevails
the war amps protected
no smoke is inhaled

Steel and engineering
coppers and metals
wires and blueprint
computers and kettles

guardians who diffuse
every deadly cold weapon
who find 'way to teach
without shameful old lessons

Acres and acres
of vast open fields
engineering our food
with sustainable yields

Some insects and mice
will surely get harmed
by machines that cut rice
we're charmed and alarmed 

By all the small things
that will surely get crushed
each creature that's injured
our hearts must be touched

by the soldiers of nature
each insect and mole
our combines of stature
like thunder they roll

lightening and blizzards
deserts and junkyards
dinosaurs and lizards
wood consumed and charred

neuroleptics and septics
believers and sceptics
amputees having fun
no one wasted on rum

Fire is frightful
like high voltage amps
but both keep us warm
The truths are like lamps

Even & Mourn

The soul's evening,
yields to a good mourning
The dawn of consciousness
A soul's new beginning
a fresh mourning
A baby assured?
Or an acoustic guitar singer
singing songs of abandonment
to an innocent child?

Just because you can sing
and got a rhythm to strum
doesn't mean
you have got any sense
at all.

Crystal Gale and River Road
are not songs for children
Don't be a toad.

Sad pop country music
songs of abandonment
can pollute an
innocent mind

Just because you could
And eagerly would
doesn't mean you should

I wish all the new souls
on earth
a good mourning.

Evening is here
Yes, getting even,
nighttime

Death evens out
the inequalities
Evening is the
necessary
evil

Getting even,
an evil at night

How I miss
the blazing
afternoon
of the good life.

Mourning
And getting even
An eerie evening
is all I seem to know.

Sun will soon set
And a great
glorious mourning
will crack
the light open

Perhaps a new dawn
will set the heart
anew

Good and innocent,
eternally.

Im not even alive

I am in here
Inside this closed door
Which I closed
Fenced off from human interactions
Interactions that would expose my presence
The presence which I don't want others to know
The others who would mind my presence
make judgements and arrive at conclusions

I would like to exist
Endlessly without any punctuations
There is also a fly inside this door
Along with me
But it doesn't want just to exist
It doesn't want anything
In fact I don't know about the fly not wanting anything
It is a fly and it annoys me
It might be wanting that

The Miracle


It is said that some, who have fought in wars
Return without any God
And that crime, murder, hunger, theft
Must in His domain seem odd

How can a Holocaust in fact occur
In a world created on high
Where even the heartbeats of His chosen
Can prematurely die

One must shift one’s perspective, however
And acquaint it with the true
If every tiny error were to be corrected
Impossible feats would accrue

If some high being were to rip all apart
Nature would start of have fits
Righting all wrongs, terminating sin
It would splinter our realm into bits

If all that were sideways on Earth were put right
There would be unprecedented disorder
Between the sacred and the profane
There is, and must be a border

So when people see death, and blame the good Lord
(And it is an attitude famous)
We ought examine miraculous consequences
And more sensibly, blame us
