Your right I crossed some lines. I'll try to be less aggressive.  So dinosaur why is it a problem for the united states to overthrow governments now with less blood on our hand compared to the past.

The idea that the people of Venezuela are happy that the United States extrajudicially invaded their land and abducted their leader does not match the reality that I understand. Latin Americans do not want to be dominated by the United States, for the same reasons that they threw off the colonial shackles of Spain.

And the idea that the U.S. can just swoop in and take the oil seems absurd, too. Even if the interim govt cooperates with Trump (which is uncertain at this point), you would have actors at various levels of their society actively sabotaging the efforts.

it's always been a problem, and it's *particularly* a problem given the greater context of this regimes domestic criminality.  do you think the left has *ever* been into this regime change bullshit? 

this isn't run of the mill American regime change either.  the administration committed war crimes in the run-up making obviously false claims about drug running, then all of a sudden its about oil.  now in the days since illegally invading venezuela, trump has threatened mexico, denmark, colombia, and cuba.

what the USA did is wrong.  flat out, the end.  and beyond that, it's exceptionally hypocritical coming from 34-count-felon pedonald trump and company.
