Paypal Class Action Settlement
    #2935919 -

I know some of you vendors have problems, and I got this e-mail from Paypal today. There's a lawsuit, and one of the things this is about is
Quote:
The lawsuit further alleges that PayPal has placed inappropriate restrictions or other limits on customers' accounts and engaged in other improper practices.

i wonder if it has part to do with ebay. I noticed that if you want to have paypal be free of charge while using ebay you MUST not use any other form of payment, thats why you see so many PAYPAL ONLY. i thought this to be a monopolistic idea, and maybe others are thinking the same...

i've been a registered paypal user since 2000. Never had a problem with them so far.

But I did get that email from them yesterday, and submitted my Statutory Damage Claim form.
