Ok, if a payment is made via Paypal, the seller has to sign for or accept the funds. So why the fuck would dimitri accept these funds if he knew that the shit wasnt going to get sent out? Why hasnt he posted bail? This all seems way to shady. Ganja can you tell us all you found out from the jailor?

You guys are like rabid dogs. The stuff about how he should have taken care of the warrants before he got into business is stupid. As much as you people like paranoia, his business was 100% LEGAL!!! It's like saying that people with criminal records shouldn't be able to post at the shroomery. Just dumb. Hey everybody, vendors do drugs! Is that such a surprise?

Let the man get out of jail, then see if he does right. And those of you who are dogging his wife should really be castrated. That's just wrong. I suppose you're going to say that people who might get arrested for drugs shouldn't have kids?

Actually if paypal was the funding source, you can set it up to automatically accept payments. I am going to wait about 1-2 weeks. hopefully he is out by then and either refunding or fullfilling orders. Don't want to have to deal with paypal, but for some of us having over $150 just sitting in a paypal account isn't acceptable. $ is real short now, and because he got busted, I and everyone else has to suffer. hopefully he is out soon and taking care of his customers =)

It just makes me wonder. I am out for 1 hoody which was about $50 canadian for me. Money is tight ever since I lost my job which wasn't too cool. I have been wating pateiently for many months now and my patience is wearing thin. But, continue waiting I shall.

Oh, so some people get what they pay for and the rest of us have to wait? Makes the whole thing even more sketchy in my eyes. Why wouldn't we all get our orders at the same time? He supposedly needed a large order to get the price he wanted. It just doesn't make sense!

The first time he ordered hoodies he was out of a bunch of money because he didn't get enough orders.

This time around I guess he wanted to get enough to warrant a printing because if you know anything about the printing industry it is expensive to only do a few shirts/hoodies..

Ganja thanks for that post, I think we all need to relax, hopefully everyone will get their stuff..... It maybe a long shot, but I still hope my 3 hoodies come one day

thor: i am a silkscreener. my shop makes/prints custom T-Shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and any other garment made of cotton.

we have no minimum order. we could have made those EXACT SAME hoodies (with no minimum order) for $9-$10 each.
